Procurement for businesses and private sellers

We buy what you no longer need.

Surplus stock, an office you are closing, machinery that has done its job, a workshop full of tools: Alpha Procurement buys it from companies and private sellers alike. Tell us what you have and we come back with an offer.

When people write to us

Something changed, and now there is a room full of things

Most messages start with one of these. Whichever it is, the answer is the same: describe it once, and we take it from there.

  • A lease is endingThe space has to be empty by a date, and everything in it has to go somewhere first.
  • You have upgradedNew machines, new furniture, or new computers arrived, and the old ones are in the way.
  • The season is overStock that did not sell, promotional lines, and the tail end of a range.
  • You are closing downA shop, a restaurant, a workshop, or a whole company, and everything inside it.
  • Downsizing or mergingTwo offices become one, or a large one becomes small, and half the fit-out is spare.
  • An insolvency or an estateYou are acting for someone else and need value realised properly, on a deadline.

How it works

Four steps from your first message to an empty space

No listings, no auctions, no waiting for the right buyer to come along. You describe it once and we handle the rest.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you have

An email or the form below is enough: what it is, roughly how much, where it is, and when it needs to go. Photos help.

  2. 2

    We assess it

We ask the questions that matter and, for larger lots, come and see it. You get a straight answer on what we can take.

  3. 3

    You get one offer

A single figure for everything we take, with the collection date and the terms written down. Nothing is deducted afterwards.

  4. 4

    We collect and pay

Our team arranges the transport and the loading. Payment is settled on the agreed terms, so the space is empty and the money is in.

Your offer reflects

  1. 1What it isType, brand, model, and age.
  2. 2How manyUnits, pallets, or rooms.
  3. 3ConditionNew, used, or needs work.
  4. 4Where it isAccess, floor, loading dock.
  5. 5WhenYour deadline, and the route to it.

One figure for everything we take, explained plainly, with nothing deducted afterwards.

An example, start to finish

An illustration of a typical sale, not a specific customer.

  1. Day 1

An office manager emails a description and six photos: forty desks, chairs, and monitors. The lease ends in three weeks.

  2. Day 2

A short call to confirm quantities and access, then one written offer for everything, with a collection date.

  3. Day 9

Our team arrives with the transport, loads the lot, and the floor is empty by the afternoon.

  4. Day 9

Payment goes out on the agreed terms. The keys go back on time.

Who we work with

Companies, private sellers, and the people acting for them

The process is the same for everyone. What changes is the size of the job, and we are set up for all of them.

  • A warehouse aisle with shelves of boxed goods

    Businesses

Overstock, discontinued lines, returns, equipment you have upgraded away from, or a shop, office, or workshop you are closing.

    • Retailers and wholesalers
    • Manufacturers and workshops
    • Offices, hospitality, and fleets
  • Hand tools and a drill laid out on a wooden bench

    Private sellers

A workshop, a collection, equipment from a business you used to run, or the contents of a property. A single valuable item or the whole lot.

    • Tools, machines, and vehicles
    • Collections and equipment
    • Whole garages and storerooms
  • Two people shaking hands over signed documents

    Advisers and managers

Liquidators, insolvency practitioners, landlords, property managers, and executors who need a location cleared and a fair value realised, on a deadline.

    • Insolvencies and wind-downs
    • End of lease and repossessions
    • Estates and downsizing

Why Alpha Procurement

One conversation instead of a hundred listings

Selling piece by piece takes months and a lot of your time. We buy the lot, and we make the part after the handshake easy.

  • One buyer for everything

You deal with one company and one offer instead of listing items one by one and waiting.

  • Quick answers

A first reply within two business days, and collection dates that work around yours.

  • A fair offer

One figure that reflects what your items are worth, explained plainly, with nothing taken off later.

  • We do the lifting

Transport, loading, and the paperwork are on us. You hand over the keys or point at the pallets.

  • Discreet

Closures and restructurings are handled quietly. We sign confidentiality agreements when they are needed.

  • Any condition

New, used, surplus, or in need of repair. If it has value, we want to hear about it.

About Alpha Procurement

A buying company, not a marketplace

Alpha Procurement buys with its own money and takes the items away itself. There is no listing, no auction, no waiting for the right buyer to appear, and nobody standing between you and the offer.

We work with businesses that are closing, moving, or upgrading; with private sellers who have more than a classified ad can handle; and with the advisers who act for them.

One message starts it. A person reads it, asks about what matters, and comes back with a figure.

Questions

What people ask before they write

Anything else? Email us. A person answers, and there is no obligation in asking.

info@webalpha.io
Do you charge anything?

No. There are no fees, no commission, and nothing deducted for transport or handling. The figure in the offer is the figure you receive.

What do you buy?

Stock and inventory, machinery and equipment, office furniture and fit-out, IT and electronics, tools, plant and vehicles, hospitality and retail equipment, and the contents of whole locations. If you are not sure whether something qualifies, ask. The answer is often yes.

Do you buy from private individuals?

Yes. Private sellers go through exactly the same process as companies: tell us what you have, get an offer, and we collect. A workshop, a collection, a vehicle, or the contents of a property are all welcome.

Do I need an inventory list?

No. A description and a few photos are enough to start. For larger lots we count and check on the visit, so you do not have to.

Do you buy single items?

When the item is worth the trip, yes: a machine, a vehicle, or a valuable piece of equipment qualifies on its own. For smaller items, a lot works better than one piece.

What condition do the items need to be in?

Any. New, used, surplus, or in need of repair. Tell us the condition honestly and the offer will reflect it; there are no surprises on the day.

How is the offer worked out?

From what the items are, how many there are, their condition, and where they are. You get one figure for everything we take, and we explain how we got there. Nothing is deducted afterwards for transport or handling.

How quickly does it happen?

You hear from us within two business days of writing. Small lots can be agreed by email; larger lots and whole sites usually get a visit first. Collection is arranged around your dates, and we are used to deadlines such as the end of a lease.

Who handles the transport?

We do. Loading, transport, and the paperwork that goes with a collection are arranged by our team and included in the offer.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Many of the people who write to us are closing, moving, or restructuring and would rather not announce it. We keep it between us and sign a confidentiality agreement when you need one.

How do I get paid?

By bank transfer, on the terms written in the offer. The amount, the date, and the collection are agreed before anything moves.

Where do you operate?

Tell us where the items are and we will tell you straight away whether we can collect. Write to us either way; larger lots are worth a longer trip.
